What started as Lutgen Siding Company soon transformed into Lutgen Companies, a home remodeling company offering siding, roofing, window, and gutter services to homeowners throughout Central Minnesota. Under this vision of building a better community, Lutgen Companies continued to expand and now offers additional services, including decks, doors, and insulation.

Today, Lutgen Companies continues to achieve its goal of giving back to the Central Minnesota community it grew from under the guidance of John Lutgen’s son, Sean. Sean Lutgen

Sean is the President and CEO of Lutgen Companies. With a lifetime full of helping customers fix, maintain, or upgrade their homes after literally growing up in the construction industry, Sean has seen it all. That experience ensures Lutgen Companies maintains the timeless principles that have helped us serve our community for the past 40 years. “Do exceptional work for a fair price and the rest will take care of itself… and if something goes wrong, make it right!” Sean’s primary focus is the health and growth of Lutgen Companies, our employees, and our community.

Nate Wisniewski

Nate has been with Lutgen Companies for 17 years. He began working on jobsites, initially helping clean up shingles from yards while also learning the trades. Over time, he worked his way up to become one of our top salesmen. Nate now serves as the General Manager of Lutgen Companies.

Timothy Bieniek

Tim is our lead carpenter at Lutgen Companies and has more than 30 years of experience in the industry! You will see him at most remodel jobs and his attention to detail is outstanding. What Tim likes best about his job is the diversity of the work; no two jobs are the same.

Travis Douglas

Travis is the guy who puts the finishing touches on our remodel projects. He paints, lays tile and flooring and pays attention to all those little details that really make the difference with the project. Travis’ love for remodeling shows with each job he does.

Jerry Wieber

Jerry is an owner of Lutgen Companies and a foreman on our jobsites. He has been with Lutgen Companies for more than 28 years and is always a friendly face on the job. Jerry works with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are achieved.

Louie Byers

Louie Byers is our Production Manager and has been with Lutgen Companies for 18 years. Armed with a decades of industry knowledge and a photographic memory, Louie remembers intricate details about projects that happened over a decade ago, meaning your next undertaking is in the most capable hands possible.
