Sales Representative

Present and sell company services and products (gutters, roofing, siding, windows, and decking) to potential customers. Recommend products, materials, and services based on customers’ needs and interests. Consistent follow-up on leads from existing, as well as potential customers. Window Installation Crew Lead
We’re searching for a committed, hardworking individual to help grow our team. We offer yearlong work, team building adventures, incentive pay, PTO, holiday pay and more. We feel that family life is just as important as work life, so we ensure that all of our employees are home every night. Remove old windows and install window replacements in residential homes. Responsible for reviewing all work orders before arriving to the jobsite and problem solve any questions/concerns with manager using a pre-determined checklist to ensure that all areas are covered. Directly supervises window installer crew. At least 2 years of exterior construction experience required. General carpentry and finish carpentry experience required.
