I had a problem with my Window latch. Louie came out the next morning and repaired it. Louie has been here before. He is friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.

Brad introduced himself at our home and Luiz followed up just a few days later by taking measurements. Friendly, respectful, accountable, knowledgeable, and honest, as expected after talking with several other folks that have worked with Lutgen in the past. We look forward to our new windows that will operate some fresh fall breezes. The communication has been very good. More to come as this relationship continues.

Lutgen Co. was TERRRIFIC. I initially contacted them about a leaking skylight. Troy came out for an inspection, and rather than the hard sell he gave me options and estimates for everything from skylight replacement to full roof replacement, based on the age of my roof. It was more than 20 years old. I decided in the end to go with a full roof replacement and upgrade my shingles to a Class 4 for an insurance discount. Troy was fast to get my questions answered and get me scheduled. Within a week Seth and his crew came to my house and did a whole roof tearoff and replacement, including an upgraded new skylight. The roofing team was done from start to finish in one day, including the installation of my new skylight. I even got new roof vents, etc. with the install. It looks great, the crew was great, they did a very thorough cleanup of my yard after the project and the refuse bin was gone within a day of the project being completed. Can't say enough good things about the crew and Lutgen. Thank you!!!

VERY positive. flexible on schedule, started and finished as scheduled. Polite and hard working crew; Jerry, Gabe, Travis, and Dave. 2 minor follow-ups completed the day after submitting them. Overall very impressed. I'm retired but managed a lot of different crews in my working years, these guys and the office that supports them are 1st rate.
